Change in shipping policy

Shipping charges are assessed after orders are received. The shipping charges in the cart section are estimated. If you use a credit card, we charge the card used for the shipping amount prior to sending the order. You will be notified via email 1 day prior to charging your card for the shipping charges. Orders being shipped outside the USA will be shipped via USPS, to save on shipping fees. If your card was charged a higher shipping fee a refund for the difference will be promptly applied to your card.

We will make every attempt to ship product to you within 2-4 weeks of order placement as soon as payment has been received into our account,(which normally takes 3 to 4 business days). Many of our products are not made until it is ordered to ensure the freshness of the product. If you have a special requirement and need product to arrive on a specific day please contact us at joyce@aromaticscentsations.com reference your order number, or call 602-478-0528 and let us know what your special requirements are. In the event that the product was ordered via U.S. Post Office with a check, please note that product will not be shipped until the check has been cleared by the bank. When purchasing items and using a check, please print out the shopping cart screen and mail a copy to us with your check.

Our standard shipping method is via UPS ground service. However, in the event that you want delivery to a P.O. Box, we will ship via USPS Parcel Post. Orders hipping outside the USA will be shipped via USPS. If you wish to use another shipping method, please contact us and we will make arrangements. The shipping charges will be calculated for you on the check-out page. Shipping charge is based on order total.
