We here at Aromatic Scentsations strive to provide you with a product of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of our product please send an E-mail to joyce@aromaticscentsations.com and let us know what the issue is and we will do whatever it takes to satisfy you. Due to the nature of our products they are non-returnable, unless the product packaging has not been opened. However, we will strive to make you happy in whatever way we can. If you wish to return your unopened product please return ship to Aromatic Scentsations 1859 W. 5th St. Mesa Arizona 85201.

In the event that you should receive damaged product, please contact the shipping company to inspect the package for you and file a claim. All claims must be made within 30 days of date of invoice. All original packaging must be saved and if product is to be returned to Aromatic Scentsations, the original packaging must be returned as well. If you do not have the shipping company inspect the package and return it to Aromatic Scentsations you may lose your right to file a claim against the shipping company in the event damage was caused by them, as well as possibly being charged a re-stocking fee by Aromatic Scentsations for a refused shipment.
